Objectives: The primary objective of this workshop is to enable participants to explore the variety of personality types and their impact on leadership styles at the workplace. By becoming familiar with the Enneagram, a commonly used model that describes nine types of personality and the way they interact, participants are better able to look at their own specific leadership style, as well as those of their partners, colleagues and competitors. Leaders can then utilize this tool to identify strengths as well as areas for improvement in their own styles and develop strategies for becoming more effective leaders.

Executive Summary: One of the most powerful and ancient tools for understanding ourselves and the way in which we perceive and experience the world, is the Enneagram. In the "What's Your Leadership Style?" workshop, Eva takes participants through a journey of personality and leadership exploration. By the end, each participant discovers which one or two of the nine distinct Enneagram personality types best describes them, and what impact this has on their own personal and professional lives.

Eva will address real life examples and participants will undoubtedly
find a bit of themselves in the lively and highly interactive discourse.

  • Help! I'm an "observer" trapped in a culture of "performers"!
  • What's with all these "skeptics"? Sure there are risks, but what about the rewards?
  • How do I get these "creative types" to understand the bottom line?
  • How does an "asserter" negotiate with a "peacemaker"?
  • She wants to "explore", and I just want to get there!

Outcomes:

  • Self-development: An improved understanding of oneself and increased self-awareness and personal versatility
  • Relationships: Better understanding others' points of view; enabling one to consider a partner's perspective and to identify synergies and friction points between partners.
  • Business: Helping leaders understand and develop their leadership styles and increase their effectiveness.
  • Co-Workers and Teamwork: Enhancing team communication, cohesiveness and overall spirit, by enabling members to understand both their similarities and their differences as well as to realize the strengths and liabilities they bring to a group.

Time Frame: This program is ideal for 1-2 day retreats for forums or corporate teams. It also works well as a 3-4 hour workshop (YPO chapter and University education events or corporate training) as well as a 1-hour lecture.
